Trib Bankruptcy Update

Two weeks ago it seemed like there was some light at the end of the tunnel. Last week that light started flickering.

Now it's dark again. "The parties are stuck," said U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Carey shortly before court adjourned Friday. "We're in the middle of a multiconstituent … melee."
