One last flight for the Fly Jock

Those of us old enough to remember the 80s and early 90s remember the unique gimmick that Tom Joyner used to have. He was called the Fly Jock because every day he did a show from Dallas and a show from Chicago...live from both cities. He flew back and forth. Every day.

Yes, it was insane, but he did it for years.

Well this week he did it again, one last time, in honor of Oprah Winfrey. You see, Oprah is the one that advised him to purchase his radio show and syndicate it himself.
